@MsTaboo The diff bushing were not loose in the video, they were nice and tight. I verified that by loosening them to remove the driveshaft, is what I meant to say.

I have no problem buying fresh Lobro's for both sides and changing them out. I suspect they're old anyhow. I might just get some fresh diff bushings while I'm in there.

Here are a couple of pictures from the drive from San Francisco to New Hampshire we did a few months back. She's got a little body seem rust, but nice and clean underneath, almost 350k on the chassis now. Nothing is original at this point. Gowesty 2.3 runs like a top and has about 20k on it, the trans and diff have also been replaced recently.

Thanks for the direction so far! It certainly seems like cv's are the issue. I'll update this thread once I get in there and find the cause.
