"BREAKING NEWS"; after a thorough investigation of the New Hampshire Public-Records. It does appear that, the alleged perjury charge against Brim Bell was Nolle Pros (DROPPED); on January 9, 2020. The press failed to clear his name with an appropriate rebuttal, for the general-public.

Also, Brim Bell has never been evicted in the State of New Hampshire. Nor any forms filed, in regards to the alleged abandonment of Brim's VW Restoration.

After a further Public-Record review, no search warrants can be found, in relation to Brim Bell, or his auto restoration business. Yes, these facts would contradict (some) of the other posts on this site! The puzzling part, of all this newly discovered information is. "why didn't anyone do a fact check before posting blogs that (may) destroy a persons life"?

"MALICIOUS PROSECUTION" , by the Strafford County Attorney's Office, is the best way to explain this (travesty of justice)! Based on evidence found in Mr. Bell's case-file; we find that the State Prosecutor (Chelsea E. Lane) knew long before the trial, that (all) evidence to be used against Brim Bell, was (tainted) by the "ILLEGAL SEARCH & SEIZURE" ! Sergeant Randolph H. Young of the Strafford Police Department, broke into Brim's VW Restorations with the help of the landlord (James N. Lund), on October 20, 2016.

Remember, Mr. Lund never evicted Mr. Bell, & Sgt. Young never went down to the Court-House; to obtain a Search-Warrant! Maybe, they thought there illegal-acts, would (never) be exposed to the rest of the world?

But, when "False-Statements" made to law enforcement, cause a person to be "INDICTED" - "ARRESTED" & "IMPRISONED"! We can most definitely, and confidently (conclude) that a FELONY has been committed by James N. Lund!

It's very strange, Defense Counsel (Robert J. Watkins) never objected, when the State (only) admitted "ILLEGALLY OBTAINED EVIDENCE" at trial? Watkins knew (four-months) prior to the trial, that the State failed to disclose (any) Search Warrants! Also, not even in the Court-Records, or in Mr. Bell's case file, can we find the necessary Search Warrants.

This is an "ILLEGAL, INVALID-TRIAL"! This was brought to the Court's attention, but Judge; Mark E. Howard called Mr. Bell a (liar), and proceeded to illegally sentence Brim Bell, to go to prison!

If the first incident, to start a case against a person involves, the Police braking into their House or Business? And the highly-sensitive evidence, allows law enforcement to illegally manufacture a case, that leads to their (indictment)?

"FRUIT OF THE POISONOUS-TREE"; means every piece of evidence used against a person, at trial, is considered "INADMISSIBLE-EVIDENCE"! Because, without the initial Unlawful Search and Seizure, the evidence that came after, would not of been possible!

The State-Prosecutor knew, even before the Grand-Jury Hearing, that the State had (zero) legal grounds to move forward, in this case. But, they illegally indicted Brim Bell, anyway!

"STOP THE PRESSES"; maybe it's a good time to call (James N. Lund)? 'Sure", just give him a call, and ask him about illegally seizing Brim's VW Restorations! Don't forget his co-conspirator; (Sgt. Randolph H. Young) of the Strafford Police Department?

As a teem, the cut the locks off the doors and released some of the private property to their legal owner's. But, most of it was sold off to anyone that showed up with cash. To force this illegal process, Mr. Lund posted ads on the internet.

Mr. Lund said in his ad or blog, that Mr. Bell had "ABANDONED" (his) business! But, only days before Mr. Bell left town on a business trip; a payment for $3,000 was deposited into Mr. Lund's bank account! Also, numerous payments were while Mr. Bell was away on business.

When Mr. Bell attempted to board his plane, to go back to N.H.. Mr. Lund told Mr. Bell, that it was very urgent; that he call Sgt. Young at once! And so, this is when Sgt. Young used "EXTORTION & CRIMINAL-THREATS, COERCION. to purposely stop Brim Bell from coming home to N.H.!

The Police needed more time, to conduct numerous additional "Unlawful Search & Seizures, because the County Attorney (Thomas P. Velardi) didn't have enough illegally obtained evidence, to indict Brim Bell! Know as "ILLEGAL FISHING EXPEDITIONS"!


Brim Bell was convicted, because the State convinced the jury that Mr. Bell sold off his client's property! And because Defense Counsel, (never) OBJECTED, when Chelsea E. Lane was Knowingly, Willingly, & Purposely, was misleading the jury, in regards to the missing property that belonged to Brim's client's !

(1) As a team, they cut the locks (off) the shop-doors, and released some of the private-property to the legal owner's!

(2) Also, numerous payments toward rent, were sent to Mr. Lund from Mr. Bell, during his business trip. (JURY WAS NEVER SAW LUND'S DEPOSITION)

(3) "KNOWN AS ILLEGAL FISHING EXPEDITIONS"!

(4) And because Defense-Counsel (Robert J. Watkins), never OBJECTED when the State-Prosecutor (Chelsea E. Lane) knowingly, willingly, & purposely, LIED TO THE JURY! And proceeded to put (all) the blame on Brim Bell for his client's missing property
, which led to his conviction!

(5) On August 14, 2018; Watkins, Lane, & Conroy recorded the "Deposition of James Lund". During this meeting, when Mr. Lund was under "OATH"! Lund confessed to the (illegal-release) of Brim's clients sentimental property, to UNKNOWN people that he never met before. Lund states; that sometimes the police would go in Brim's Restoration, and help people find their cars and parts. Then Sgt. Young would help them load up their property onto trucks!

(6) But, at the Grand-Jury Hearing, Sgt. Young states; "that he was never there while these people were loading up their property"! Maybe, he (lied) to the Grand-Jury, because he didn't want to incriminate himself?

Brim, you're a fucking loser that bilked a lot of people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

not one fucking person especially on the east coast will ever trust you again. i'd say cut your thieving hands off but that would make you even more useless than you already are.

when you finally do get released there should be a clause that bans you from ever doing work in the automotive business ever again.

He is ordered to pay restitution but only to 4 people.

Only 4 people came forward to push paper on him.
Only 4 people put him behind bars.

The sad thing will continue to be that he lives off the grid working under the table as he does so unless mandated by the courts / parole he will continue to lie about his income and most likely pay as little as possible- but it will be for the rest of his miserable life.
Unless other “victims” march forward this shit bag will get out serving the minimum sentence.

"TRIAL TRANSCRIPTS"; clearly show Brim Bell has full intentions to make amends with all (his) client's. As stated on the trial records, if his livelihood was NOT destroyed illegally, all the classic cars in question, would have been completed!

Sure it's easy, to believe the lies in the press! But, the truth will be exposed very soon! Please remember, ALL UNFINISHED BUSINESS will be addressed, and the world will think differently about Brim Bell.
