Description:
Quote:
One-owner Volkswagen Bus recently restored to a retro-look 23-Window T2 style. Completely redone interior with new vinyl seats and door panels. New air conditioning system and heater recently installed, New Dashboard, 4-speed transmission, 1.5L VW original engine, new tires and brakes. Two-tone white/turquoise green. Interior is brown and tan combination. New Headliner, new glass windows. Mechanically sound. It drives nice.

1-owner? LOL

It has A/C? I don't see any components on the engine to run it.

Nice personalized car that will never fetch that price, especially due to the misrepresented pieces like the "original" wheels, riiiiiight! Rolling Eyes

Some think that if your beetle has a padded dash, it's an engine donor. Some think that if it has push button door handles, it's a boat anchor.
Do what you want. Ignore the elitists. Drive your VW. Enjoy life.

VW Van Project - $1,800 (Danville, NY)
Very cool project, have miscellaneous parts, (no title) body in decent shape, I do have the rear hatch. It’s a project I’ll never get to.

It was a clever idea; too bad the seller could not finish it by adding a suitable rear portion of the body/pickup. The cab is far enough forward to likely avoid sucking in exhaust fumes while driving when that rear hatch would be open.

Yes, driven by Hans Gudegast (his original German name, per his 1960's starring role in TV show "Rat Patrol"; later changed to Eric Braeden). Driver to his left at the Ford Pantera reminds me of 1970's Swedish Formula 1 driver Ronnie Peterson-

Honestly, the proportions aren't too bad here. Wonder if/when it will be finished?
