Truck is toast, sadly.

Quite possibly the coolest set of gates around. Is that your shop wall?

Local VW scrapyard / resto shop. Owners are cool as hell.

I know nothing of it at all. I found the picture earlier this month. The location of it is on exact opposite side the same block as where my Holsinger bus lived and worked. By the 1970s, that address had a completely different business which, coincidentally, my grandmother worked at. In my searches for the Holsinger bus, I looked at every pressed bumper panel in town that I could find. To my recollection, none fit what could have been this bus. There were just not many pre-'58 panels around in Boise by the mid '90s. There was a row of 3 or 4 logo'd panels at a junkyard that got cleaned out in the early '90s. I certainly would have noticed if one had logos like this. Unfortunately I don't remember what any of the logos were. All the buses were rusty and/or wrecked, and unworthy of fixing at that time. They would all get back on the road today.

the lettering is in hungarian?

translation: "children's rescue campaign"
below it says "lot of children" in swedish.

at the top next to the flag it says "swedish" also in hungarian. (most likely)

maybe a swedish sponsored deal run out of austria, since it is right next door? who knows.

That's is/was Cletus' bus (I am presuming he still has it). I helped him drag it out of a junkyard in Albuquerque in early 1997.

It's amazing how many logoed panels there were, compared to how many have survived.

Glad to share. At the rate of three pics per day, I only have about four months worth left in this stash of photos. I do have a few other stashes to post after that though. I'm just posting stuff that I scan from my literature stash.
