I’m selling food in my empanada trailer at a brewery in NE Maryland and a low flying stealth bomber flys over. I see occasional A-10’s usually in a pair from the air guard. But this was a big surprise.

Cool, that would be neat to see

We get a lot of military helicopters over our house, they fly over our area as some sort of standard route. Maybe keeping things operational or training? I don't know.

They are pretty quiet. Smile

It was loud. But, I think a F-16 at the same altitude would have been much louder. When I lived in Virginia Beach, we had the naval air base near by. F-16’s all day long and the Blue Angels when they were in town. All cool stuff. Now, I’m near Aberdeen Proving Ground’s and get Chinooks flying over. I heard APG has a strip for emergency Air Force One landings. They also had one of the first captured kublewagons.

If that was a Naval Air Station you lived next to those more likely would have been F/A-18s. The F-16 is an Air Force bird.

Wait, you "had the naval base near by (sic)." But you apparently had "F-16’s all day long..." You do know that F-16's are Air Force planes and have nothing to do with the navy. Not like the "new" F-35's which are configured for each military air branch...

I’m not a military buff and my brain loses a decade or two here and there.
F-18, F-19, whatever it takes.

I definitely saw one fly over in SW Missouri in the mid '90s where I grew up- I looked up during marching band practice and there was the unmistakable silhouette- makes sense, though, since they're stationed at Whiteman AFB. Years earlier, I was on a field trip to Warrensburg, MO near Whiteman for a children's author event, IIRC, and saw a black sliver of a plane with fighter escort flying low. This was was pre B-2 service, and it seems doubtful it was an SR-71, so in hindsight, maybe it was a Rockwell B-1 Lancer.

Blinder fluid? Is that part of their stealth technology? If so, that's a new one...

It was published in Pravda…or maybe Isvestia. I’ve lost my subscription since Bitcoin went tied to rubles.

The land in lived in Florida, was part of the militaries training routes for jets.

Lots of F15's(Or f whatevers), a few warthogs when i was little, giant ass cargo planes.
I dont remember if I saw a stealth bomber in Florida, or if it was when I was visiting Connecticut.

But for reals tho. I just be trying to sleep and then I hear giant turbines rush over my roof top. Ever seen an F15 4 telephone poles from the ground? Laughing It do be loud.

Dover air base had their show this past weekend. Thunderbirds AND the Blue Angels performed. If you were in Maryland, you got a free show

Living near a practice bombing run in east central AZ. the B-1's flew and the B-52's low and slow. Kinda cool to see the planes.

We never got to see the cool planes like that at the bombing range in Boardman, OR - just the zoomies from Whidbey and the Air National Guard based in Pendleton would use it on occasion.
