Hi, just wanted to share this bro tip,

my beam was media blasted but some holes were not shut causing some media to be in the beam, in the end i used a house radiator broom that i mounted on a drill on lowest speed possible to remove all the old grease and blast media or at least as much as possible and to dispose the old grease eco friendly

A pressure washer works here as well.
