I know there are folks on opposites of the aisle on pellet stoves and I won't render an opinion. It will work. But given the small space, have you considered a propane wall furnace which takes up no footprint, but does eat some wallage? Cheaper to buy and no pellets needing undercover storage. Fuel cost about the same, but you don't have to heat up the stove and warm air will almost instantly come from the furnace.

Well I’ve been busy in what used to be the garage.
I’ve raised the ceiling from 83” to 105”.
I removed the old rotting 8’ wide garage door installing a 3’ door and a window in its place.
I removed the old side entry door replacing it with a window on top and an A/C unit below.
Today I ran wires for outlets on the front wall and a wall switch for the ceiling lights.
I’m using Harbor Freight 5500 LED shop lights.
Hope they last!
I insulated the front wall as well.
I installed a ceiling mounted fan to move air around.
I built a work bench frame at the front window for my 73”x29” Snap On stainless steel bench top that I’ve had for years. It was unused and was wasting away.
What a HEAVY SUCKER!
It was all I could do to get it into the shop and set into place.
EDIT: Shipping weight for the SnapOn top is listed as 300 pounds. No wonder I struggled to move this top. I struggle moving 80 lb bags of concrete!
Anyway, I now have a good work station.
Now to get busy and organize the rest of the space.

So I've been building a deck on my home, a little work here a little work there..... it's been four years so far!
As you can guess my Bride is like ...... "can you finish this already?"
So I started on the railings.
Got the posts up, meeting the super strong building code they now require, and had planned on doing a conventional 2x2 picket design which I was really reluctant to do.
Why?
With the pickets you now lose your view of the yard, with all that wood, there is no looking at the woods, the field of golden grain waving in the breeze....... no, I’ve no neighbors houses to admire.
Last night googling images of railings we stumbled on a rail design using 4"x4" grid "Hog Fence" panels.
These are 5' wide and 16' long.
If I Paint the grid black...... it all but vanishes.......
The ONLY place I found them within a somewhat reasonable distance from me was in Lititz Pa, down in Lancaster County area.
Saturday morning, threatening rain, ……… ROAD TRIP!
Now GPS tells me I can get to Lititz in 47 minutes using highways .......
Or
In 1 hr 11 minutes not using highways.
What option do you think I selected?
Anyway, if you also play "Follow This Old Road" on the journey, whenever an enticing side road appears you take it ....... it takes way longer than one hour eleven minutes! 👍😂
The Van earned its keep today with the Hauler roof rack ....
The fields of Lancaster County (no I avoided the town, that cute little town is a clogged City now)
On one of my side road detours, a little one lane road took me to a covered bridge ......
Now, loading these panels wasn't hard with help at the store.
Unloading 50lb sheets of metal unbalanced spaghetti at home by myself? This Presented some concern.
But three 8' boards and some careful maneuvering made the task fairly painless.
(I did break off my antenna ..... Oops, oh well, never use it anyway)
