This is my first time removing undercoating for a used fender I have.

What is the best method to use?

I have read about using heat with a scraper or a wire wheel in a drill or grinder.

The fender is off the car so it may make it more difficult.

If I can get the bulk off of it I would be happy with the results as I see a bit of rust underneath and want to make sure I remove what I can.

Thanks

I had my fenders blasted and zinc powder coat applied.
