The lighting makes the hubcap look a bit odd, but those look like stock 4-lug (8-slot) Euro '67 wheels fitted to 1500cc cars with front disc brakes.

Great picture Finster - Seeley's pond is part of the Watchung Reservation, literally right next to where I work. I have run through there many times!

Baxter's Wharf, Hyannis MA, August 1966. A seafood shack where you ordered your fried clams, scallops, etc and ate at picnic tables located on the boat.

Besides the ambiance, I figure there must be a tax or regulation dodge involved, since they are on the water, beyond the reach of municipal regs!
