Lovely to see original carpet and its binding in such good condition, at least from the small part seen in this shot-

Possibly "inspired" by the Nissan Figaro from 30 years ago? |

This is the most hideous Ghia I have seen lately. There is not any panel that is not slam full of dough and the paint matchings are terrible. Underneath isnt any better.....slathered in dough....interior is rough. |

I don’t even think the BAT crowd would pay that much for this.

It's in a field all it's own!! I would certainly think that it would have a limited market, but if someone wants this type of modified Ghia, they would probably be willing to pay more than I would!! _________________ Marc

What, no close up of the special radio?
I took a look at the dash pics and it appears to have a 62-up Sapphire radio so not "era correct".
Well I guess we could ask what does "era correct" mean? I would think 1950s vs. 1960s but I guess it could also be "lowlight era," although I doubt they had the knowledge to go that way?
Anyways... A '58 wouldn't have a Sapphire radio, even an earlier one.
The earlier style is 1960-61 since they came out in 1960.
Earlier style Sapphire I for those wondering:
Ignore that this is in a Bus, same early Sapphire radio and knobs _________________ How to Post Photos
