Fantastic! Thanks for posting some trip details and wonderful "souvenir location" shots- such a rare, long trip in our basic VWs should give alot more of us incentive to venture out beyond just a few hundred miles. |

PuddleRainbow, Thanks for posting! I'm hoping to take a long trip next year..depending on the hot rod power tour route. Glad to see I'm not the only one willing to spend a few thousand miles in my bug. |

Went to a Cruise-In this afternoon. One other 1973 beetle and a Buggy were there. Had lots of fun talking VW's. Stopped on the way home to get this picture.

Hello, thanks for kind words about my pictures. Those were the top pics of a 13 day trip in the most scenic areas is the world. Probably 500 pics. Even a squirrel finds some nuts. I just followed the first rules of good photography……take lot of pictures and BE GOOD LOOKING! That why you don’t see me in these…
All pictures taken with my iPhone 12 Mini.

Saturday evening cruise after dinner out - daughter suggested taking a few pics in the sunset lighting (she’s certainly got a good eye for this sort of thing!).
“College Hill" neighborhood, Wichita, KS.
