I mounted mine as high as I could get it.

I heated it up with a heat gun and curved it a little to match the roof line.

It has a running light and turn signals built in.

I mounted it on a piece of angle aluminum I polished up. The LEDs trip is S elf adhesive but I zip tied it also for safety.

I used a double spade connector at the rear light and a solid body ground.

It can all be removed without a trace.

Do you have a link to the one you bought? I searched Amazon with the terms you provided and found everything EXCEPT what I was looking for.
