I live on the other side of the country from where I grew up, so it'd take quite a road trip to get there!
Have fun with this one, guys! I can't wait to see and hear all about it.

Ah,
Your: of or relating to you or yourself or yourselves especially as possessor or possessors
Spot: a particular place, area, or part.
Reminiscence: recall to mind of a long-forgotten experience or fact.
The spot, in this sentence, is "yours", specifically from "childhood," and is also supposed to be a spot at which much reminiscing can take place.
It is possible that the challenge can be interpreted both ways, however. |

I'm about to take my camera out and take a shot next to a tree or something, because I loved walking in the woods as a kid... Thanks to Rust Avenger for the helpful clarification!
Okay, for your consideration YVWNT the beach, also a pier a challenge late! I grew up going to the beach club on the hudson river, and my first steps were even on the beach itself! I then became a lifeguard many years later on that very beach, so the beach, in general, is a very reminiscent childhood spot for me.

I like it. Nice reminiscent photo as a reminder of your youth. The beach!
Where's the life guard stand?
I wish I could have found a boat house near here, not a house boat.
I spent many of my 4th year falling off docks in boat houses.
I shouldn't be here now.
Keep your little one close to you and teach him to swim at a young age.
If no one objects. What's the next challenge? _________________ I have learned over the years.

Thanks! He insisted I take a picture with him in it, lol.
Next challenge will be:
YVWNT a bird of some sort. Extra points for an 80's Firebird, a sign with the name of a bird on it, etc. Be creative! |

Ideas:
Does a tailgater flipping me off as he passes me count?
For those in oil towns, the "gooney bird" should count.
Airbase, planes, get it?
British slang for a hot chick.
Let's agree bird poop does not qualify. |

I missed a good opportunity! Three days ago we were riding around with our daughter in her Jetta and saw a '55 or '56 Thunderbird pull out of a gas station. We could have chased him down for a photo but didn't. I was thinking that by now SOMEONE would have filled this challenge but... no-o!

I may get something today, I am watering the garden from a dugout and a duck may show up. Or a shore bird...

Great effort oprn. Getting pics of nervous shore birds is difficult, at best.
But by the default timer. Your post was a little late.
I still like the pic. It's great that you get your Chenowith out and play/work with it.
I should look into one of those for the family ranch. The Grandkids would love it!
In mikes post. It looks like the "YardBird" is about to take a dump on his front seat!

Thanks you all! Perry, correct, look like, because she did...
Next up, YVWNT a border, country, state, county, city, or neighborhood.
Cheers!
