Will older model bumpers fit a '69?

I can find ads for older bumpers but hardly any for a 1969 so I'm wondering if ones for a '66 will fit. What do you think?

However, they look a bit goofy because the brackets give them a droopy appearance.

I just happen to have a Mid America catalog in front of me and the cheap replica bumpers are $99 front/$119 rear. Brackets are $24/each. If you paint the back and keep the chrome waxed they last ok especially if it's not a daily driver.

OG is always best but most of the used ones that I find aren't presentable anyway. There are better grade reproductions for a much higher cost readily available also but none of them are chromed as well or made from as thick a metal as OG.
