You will need a digital incline meter, or some way to measure the angle. But I found this chart when I was setting my rear end up. The measurement is taken with the arm off of the lower stop, and hanging down. You have to be really careful getting the torque plate off of the stop because it will snap down, and can injure you. You can place a jack under the arm with a chain around the jack to the car to keep it from raising up. Or you can buy a screw jack type tool to do it. These are the angle to have a stock height. With the car level.

Make sure you read up on how to adjust the torsion bar spring plates. There are plenty of threads on the subject and some videos. It's not a simple job and, as pointed out, you can injure yourself. Also, the spring plate angle quoted above assumes the car is level, so you'll need to compensate for that when adjusting the torsion bar splines.

This tool makes the job easier/safer.
