With the death of several large "cheap" package shippers like Greyhound or other limitations from places like Fastenal, This thread has been created for Samba members to help others with the transport of larger items if they are traveling from one location to another.
Post requests or offers for transport in this thread.
From and To locations should be listed, either specific cities or general locations if you are willing to travel a bit to meet someone.
Guidelines:
* If you find someone to help, please edit the original post to say "Transport Found" or something similar.
* Compensation may be expected or at least appreciated but this should not be mentioned here but can be discussed via private contact.
* Users may want to deal with registered Samba members only
* Feedback can be provided but please use the Buyer & Seller Feedback portion of the site rather than post in this thread
* There can also be people acting as "travelers" (those that are in motion with room for an item) and "hosts" (those that travel and are willing to hold items until the next "leg" opportunity comes along). Dealing with known members is highly recommended in this case.
Suggestions welcome for anything else to add to this, the first post in this thread.
Please PM or email me directly so as not to clog up the thread.
Thank you to anyone who can help others!
Thanks to Manfred for threads suggestions and input _________________ How to Post Photos

I regularly go up and down the front range on I-25. No problem handling large items , might need some help loading or unloading over 100lbs. I will also hold items in my secure lot waiting for the next leg. As this is new I recommend adding experiences to existing feedback pages. This can be a very powerful way to keep our hobby going! _________________ Fat chick owner/operator |

I will soon be traveling the I90 corridor to I94 Eastbound from North Idaho to Northern Minnesota, with all of the major cites in Montana and North Dakota in between. 10-12 days later I will be headed West from MN, across South Dakota and back through Montana. I am not far from Spokane, WA, and could probably figure out a pickup/drop there going either direction.
I'm not pulling a trailer this trip, so space is limited, but if anyone needs anything going either way, let me know on here. Maybe we can figure it out. _________________ nothing |

Making the trek from Seattle to the Bay Area via I-5 to I-80 with a possible stop in Roseville/Sacramento. Leaving June 5th for a Bay Area arrival on June 7th. Bed and roof rack will be empty.
On July 5th, I'll have an empty bed/rack from the Bay Area to Sacramento via I-80. July 6th, I'll have an empty bed/rack and 18' car hauler heading north to Seattle via I-5.
PM me if you need something moved (vehicles, chassis, big tools, parts, bicycles, misc. items). _________________ Mitchell

I travel once a month (September to May) from the Charlotte, NC area to the Brunswick, GA area; and sometimes to Clearwater, FL as well.
I travel via pickup truck and usually have an enclosed trailer behind me.
Willing to move members parts if needed.
I'm leaving on 01/10 heading to Clearwater, FL and will be back in NC on 01/21.
If anyone needs anything along that route, let me know! |

Hi
I am looking for someone to haul a Bus Torsion section from Mesa Arizona to Clearwater Florida, or east Nashville.
I can pick up anywhere in Florida if not going to Clearwater, but If Nashville, it needs to be dropped off at the In Laws house.
Open truck or trailer is fine, not in a rush.
Thanks
