more than 3 weeks is a long time for me not working in the shop, so yesterday night i tried to played around a little and failed in the first panel i try to build, the second try works but keeps me the whole evening to fabricate it, and still not ready for weld:

Yesterday evening i finished that little panel, finished also the inner structure of the frame, repaired the outer panel and close the front.

That little ears are in the end of the panel is for easy TIG welding in the end of the panel.
i often had problems in the end of panels to feed enough wire in the Weld and not making craters, when you know what i mean.

I start the work on the driver side A pilar, i can’t find my metal shrinker in the shop, so i worked with the old bend a fold and punch it softly from the outside to shrink the metal in the radius.

A crazy panel in this area when you want so save an much original as possible…
I worked ~20hours on that…

I started to cut out some of the crusty front floor, i have some spare cuted nos parts i try to use.

I found two little dents inside the passenger area in the front wheelhouse, is that a 67 ting? I never seen that before...

My '65 and '67 have them. They look like a way of making the shape stronger.
