it could have sold, who knows. But there is no way it sold for $100k. They'd be lucky to get $30k for it.
The autorevolution article reads like it was written by a bot. |

Lies have gained value as newsworthy.
It's written in the modern sound-bite style with just enough info and pics to be 'plausible' and ultimately "sharable" as the main focus.
It could be true but I bet there is some funny-business, for the purpose of notoriety.

According to the AT listing:
Quote: |
*** SOLD *** Best wishes to C from Long Island! |
I hope C didn't pay the asking price! _________________ ~Kamz

Lots of space to hide some nose beers in a doka, that's the only way I see that thing being sold for that much... |

It's got a speaker cut into the dash ?? Hmm...well I spose I have a spare dash, not too hard to fix that...
I paid $8k so anything over 20-30k is a win to me. I'd prefer to have what I have than that orange one. It looks like a fairly base model truck like mine.
I feel like I should talk to my insurance agent about the value after seeing this. Anything under 100k replacement value is a lot of cash. I feel ok though remembering how state farm helped fix B-mans doka after a tree dropped a branch on its roof that launched a full repaint and repair.
What's a nose beer ?? |

Haha ok I figured nose candy was stronger than beer....
Anyway, for an actual 100k or even close to that, you'd think you could import a cherry doka from the EU somewhere. But this has messed up bumpers and just looks overall like it's not that pretty. 100k should be TriStar syncro doka money and a nice one at that. |

I think 99,999 is a way to list an item without a price. In Craigslist, or something similar it’s
$123,456 |

That price was no problem for Jeff Bezos. 😉 _________________ “Most everyone’s mad here. You may have noticed I am not quite all there myself.” — Cheshire Cat, Adventures of Alice in Wonderland
