New to the site, first post. What wheels are these and where can I buy the center caps?

The wheels in question are made by Western Wheel 1982 vintage and they are called "Bullet". 14 x 5.5 / 4x130mm
Center Caps are "hard to find" without the wheels, maybe place a WTB Ad .
