Morning all,

Does anyone have any idea where I can get a complete set of bushes and ball joints for my 73 412 variant.
Or what other vehicles bushes/ball joints I could use.
Preferably UK based!
Cheers in advance!

I have a complete answer for you but it will be a day before I can get to post it. I qm on site with a work client.

However, just understand that outside of a few parts....centerline which is a bushing/wear part, strut bushings, idler arm bushing.....there are virtually no factory parts available.

There are a couple of factory parts that you may have on your car that can be lightly refurbished and used .....these are the control arm bushings if they have not deteriorated to a certain point in several ways (you can add side bolsters to them and they carry on fine) and the radius arm donut bushings (which never really wear out unless they have torn or rotted through). The sway har end links never really die unless the outer metal holder and stud have rusted away. The center bushings on the sway bar....I have some links to a couple of companies in the USA that can size something for you or you can modify readily available generics for this

The rest of the time you will need to fabricate a bit. It's not hard or very expensive. More to come. Ray
