Repaired the rust on the lower edge of the windscreen/dash edge. Made the repair pieces a little bit higher and that allowed me to carefully linish the edge back...

Nice work on the bus, coming along great. Did you practice with the skinning tool before you used it on your bus? I bought one after reading your post thinking that my SC load bed (and my hands) would eventually benefit from that tool if worked well. You seemed to be impressed with the result. Any close-up pictures? Thanks, and keep up the good work.

I will try and get some pics next time I am at the shed. This tool should work great on the load bed. I just started with the adjustment all the way out and went over it a couple more times narrowing that gap each time

Front seat belt mounts are finished. The old plates were heavily rusted so I decided to replicate these and reuse the threaded section

Front bumper rust repair. Stripped and primed. The dogleg bumper brackets didn't line up, so I drilled out the spot welds and removed them. Discovered some surface rust under these which was dealt with before rewelding.

Oil cooler mounting. Managed to get this up higher then my first attempt and is now level with the cross members and has clearance for the cables and shift rod. I have made steel lines with barbed ends that have been silver soldered on by a local engineer. Still some refining but happy with the installation.

At least you remembered before your bus was painted. I didn't realize my bracket was missing until I got my bus back from the paint shop. Embarassed
