Hello,
Quick or maybe not so quick…
Have a 205T (-35?) came outta ‘69 1500 SP, would it work in a ,73-74 DP 1600 with a Bocar H 30/31. Would like to clean it up and throw it in the tool kit when traveling for Backup. Not sure if vacuum signal is what I need. Yep, I appreciate all comments…

It will certainly work and get you home. _________________ Glenn

Wait.. BOCAR 30/31? I never see one of those. I have seen and own BOCAR 30PICT-1 and 34PICT-3s.
Maybe you mean BROSOL H30/31PICT? Whose normal vacuum advance fitting is set up for a vacuum-only (SVA) distributor like the 113905205T.
If you use the traditional vacuum advance fitting this carb will NOT give a proper vac signal for SVDA or DVDA. For that you have to tap the rather awkwardly placed angled fitting on the bottom right rear of the carb. _________________ Andy T.

I do not know how to fix this. All I can say is it all works fine for me with what I use, Firefox. |
