Now if that's not my aunt's cat's pants! What was the origin of the stub stud before it got ground peripherally?

That was an old lug nut from an Audi my son used to have. Sold the Puma this spring.

This is an old post but if someone ends up here as I did the parts are now available at BBT and CIP1.
Knowing what to search was the hard part.
