My single cab is soo loud inside the cabin on the freeway. I dont recall my old 13 window being so loud. I realize the bus in general is a brick, but for some reason I feel like it shouldn’t be this loud.
I have the pedal pan in place. door window seals are all in place. Door seals are on the older side though. Front, door, ceiling and floors have noise insulation. Also have safari windows.
It sounds like much of the noise is from the fresh air vents? I’ve tried open and closed, but does not make much difference in noise. |

I find that opening the slider window just a touch reduces some of the noise sometimes. Depends on the airflow. A loud stereo also helps. _________________ .

Are you getting air thru the fresh air vent with it closed?? _________________ In Stereo, Where Available! |

It’s not fully sealing. I feel a small amount of air. |

Rebuild it to get it to seal. That will help with both the noise and keeping warm in colder weather. _________________ In Stereo, Where Available! |
