WTF? Are they 12v?

They look like the old style halogen bulbs. 300W or 500W and definitely 120 volts. Probably some sort of Halloween prop or something.

This looks like something from a low budget Batman movie. Also I wonder what those deflectors (?) in the back above the rear wheels do to the cooling air intake?

This thread never ceases to disappoint, and I agree with 99.99999% of the submissions. But there's something about that one, it's hideous there's no getting around that..., but it has an artistic flair, the warts and tumors work with each other in some odd way. I hate it for performing an act like that on a bus, but I like it for what it is, if you are going to brutalise it do the job well, mission accomplished IMO.

It's gawdawful, but I'd take it for a spin!. Razz

Yeah, 'cause, ya know, everything on that vehicle has some functional purpose.

With all the extra bullshit adding weight, I am guessing this thing never gets over 35 MPH. Cooling intakes don't matter much at that point.

That seat reminds me of some of the early snowmobile seats from the 1950s and 60s. I also love that air scoop for cooling the rear wheel. Very Happy

Probably due to the rear mounting. The engine, I mean.

Looks like they kept it in the family so more like inbreeding.

Wow. Never thought I would see the infamous Coffee Bug here. I used to have the "pleasure" of working on that thing. Rebuilt the Type 3 engine that powered it eons ago. Sadly, severe structural rust ended that car's life quite a few years ago now. I have the windshield from it in my parts stash, and a buddy has the hood hanging on his wall. RIP Coffee Bug...
