Found this while working under the dash. Not entirely sure if it belongs to the car, but that would seem likely. But what is it supposed to keep in place?
Horn pad maybe? Brake booster? Hoses? Wiring harness? Guess it could be anything.
Regular size match for size reference.

| There are similar things for hanging the coolant hoses underneath the rig. |

Oh wow, that is 100% on point answer, im impressed. Thank you so much. That will be real helpful resassembling this stalled project thats been sitting for over a decade.
