Anyone know what the letters PLM on the inside of the Riv spokes stand for?

I figure that the D-number under the PAT lettering is probably the patent number(?) but would like to know what the PLM stands for if anything.

its the manufactures name abbreviation of one of the many companies that made rivieras. im drawing a blank at the moment of what it stood for

I understand that this is an old post but to close it, PLM stood for Pacific Light Metals. It was the foundry that produced these wheels for Whitney Industries who designed them for Riviera Motors in Portland.
