Volkswagen Beetle Fuse Box Cover 10 Post
This is a 10 post fuse box cover for VW Bug. I made it for my 1967 bug. It is a friction fit piece just like the original. I designed the long walls to be curved so that it does not need the little nubs on the lip to hold it in the fuse box; the curved walls hold it snug. I painted mine to match the color of the car. I made it with PETG so that it can withstand the heat inside the car on sunny days. Print with numbers side down without supports.

1967 Volkswagen VW Beetle Bug Window Crank Knob
This is a one-year only-1967 VW Beetle window crank knob.
I designed it to be used with M5 nuts and bolts. The indentation in the knob allows for accepting an M5 nut with some persuasion (you would need to gently hammer it in). The bolt goes through the crank handle and screws into the captive nut.
Print it with 100% infill - This part will be under stress. PETG or ABS will withstand the temperatures inside the car.

VW Aircooled Solex Carb Protective Cover
Protect your spare carb with these dust covers.
A pretty simple print.

This time a stand for your carb while you service it.
It has a hole through the bottom so you can measure/adjust the accelerator pump

Mini Blade Fuse Holder
At some point I'm planning to make a custom fuse box for my camper to replace the old continental fuses but in the meantime to test the theroy I have designed a single holder.
I used these connectors, Heschen female spade quick splice crimp terminals 2.8mm crimp connector non insulated avaialble on Amazon.
The design of these is critical as there is a little barb that latches the terminal into the housing. These can be ejected by using a 1mm jewelers screwdriver to release the barb. Its inserted from the fuse side of the shell where there are two slots.

This is a stand/bracket to keep the plastic fuel filter from flapping around and away from the engine. The bracket mounts on the rear deck with double sided tape (3M VBH) just where it ramps up at the back.
This is custom to my setup so won't suit a lot of people. I have a metal fuel line running from the tank to the engine bulkhead rather than through the engine tin ware. Helps with engine removals etc. as I have a stop cock mounted directly under the tank exit.
