Picked up an original empi camber compensator at nwbugrun. Got new bushings and rubber pads off the classifieds. I made new rubber straps and made a center bracket.

All good Scotty, is she running well? Anything you would change? I'm rounding up parts to build a similar motor soon for my 56.

Yes the engine is running well. I would of put bigger valves in the heads if I would have found them before assembling the engine.

Yes the engine is running well. I would have put bigger valves in the heads if I would have found them before assembling the engine.

But then you would have reduced the air speed gained with the smaller valves! It is a fine line! Air speed or volume. Low speed does not mix well and low volume does not either. Ah, the balancing act of the higher performance engine!

Always good to read about your travels! Keep on posting!
