Driver handle mounting

Hello,
I'm looking for a tutorial for mounting a handle on the driver's side. I believe that in English, it is said to be pillar A.

to mount it on the LEFT A pillar you need steel bracket which is welded to inner side of A pillar.

They were only on RHD vans.
