I just received a Bentley manual that I purchased from Tom, it arrived quickly and well packed. Price was more than fair and he was very friendly and helpful with his communication about the deal and about VWs in general. Thanks!

I noticed a part in the background of a photo from one of Tom’s listings. I asked about it and Tom did reply quickly and noted that he would have to go digging to find it. A few weeks later Tom contacted me saying he had found the part and would I still be interested (yes!) . Added a second item to the order and everything arrived in 2 days! SUPER happy with the entire scenario! Thank you Tom!!

I made an offer on a part and he agreed to my offer, told him he had several other items I wanted as well and kept constant contact over our few hour correspondence then he sold it to someone else for more $ after already making a deal and agreeing on a price with me. Poor business practices. Totally uncool. I have saved our conversation if anyone would care to view the correspondence between us. Tom is a great seller.He replies to your questions about the part.He will work with you on the price on the part. I have bought other items from Tom.And his parts are exactly what they're,no excuses. Like other sellers on here,who run a business have given me DRAMA,like.BUY IT OR MOVE ON. Understood,however how can these people conduct a business like that? Anyways,I will buy from him again!!
