Trying to post daily with an iPhone is not an easy task. Some hotels do have computers but won't allow you to log on to any sites which makes things difficult. I'm able to upload the photo bucket and here is the link to the album. Which I update as we go. You can also look us up on the Manx page on Facebook.

Nice trip, are you guys driving both of your blue Manx's or just John's? I don't see any pics of the blue Manx with the Torque Thrust wheels.

I used duct tape on my journey from Arizona to Chicago in my 77 Landcruiser many years ago. It works great!

10/07 this day we drove the rest of the way to San Diego California. We stopped in Las Vegas with John lost his shirt, and his luggage! While making an adjustment to the car he removed the luggage to access tools, however he forgot to put it back in the car. I spotted missing when I realize we had a lot of room in the buggy. Driving west into the sunset presented unique challenges without sunvisors, we managed to come up with a solution. A lot of our problems were resolved with good old 2 inch wide blue painters tape. Sorry I'm not able to update this daily the Internet is been touching go from place to place, i've been doing all these pictures and updates on my iPhone.

So it sounds like you boys got to see Green River, UT twice. Good thing you did the math and decided to turn around for fuel. It can be so windy on that stretch of I-70 that your fuel economy can really go to hell and make 110 miles seem like a reeeeealy long way.

Nice to see you found time to get some white snow and red dirt on your buggy. Looks like your last picture above was taken near Dewey Bridge on UT 128. If you are sticking to your plan map, looks like you are giving yourselves a much deserved short haul from St.George to Vegas today.

Sunday 6/10 The morning started driving out of Denver and we headed for the mountains on I 70. As we started to climb up we felt the temperature dropped into the mid 20s, our highest altitude was 10,500 feet. The sun was out the view was absolutely amazing with snow on the mountains. We proceeded to Utah. We decided to take a deep tour through Moab Utah, to see what all the fuss is about. Dead horse Park is a state park and was open so we decided to go, what we saw was amazing pictures and words cannot describe it it's something you have to see in person! But I tried, here with some of the pictures from Colorado and Utah that day, enjoy!

The race is on!

John and I did take some trails off road but being that we have to drive this car a little further we decided to play it cool and be adults, The car got a little dirty we laughed had a good time and headed on our way.
After driving 10+miles past the last gas station we see a sign that says no gas 100 miles looking at our information we knew we're not going to make it we decided to turn around go back and get fuel and continue.

Our buggy adventure lasted 17 hours today, we're tired, we're going to bed! We visited some amazingly beautiful places today too many pictures to go through! I will try to sort some out and update this thread before we head to Vegas!
