Progressive issued a 20% premium credit for April and plan to do the same for May.

Wawanesa is giving a 15% rebate for March and April, computed in May, and (I think) applied as a credit against your renewal.

I had a very similar experience. Ended up switching to Geico because of it. |
To be honest, if I didn't have USAA for my primaries, I would also have considered Geico. It's a remarkable marketing plan... treat the adverse claimants like real people who've suffered a loss, take care of them, and they might realize the light on the other side. GENIUS marketing for capturing new business!

Since classic car insurance is low risk anyway, I sincerely doubt we'll see any rebate. To be honest, given what I pay for my coverage, I'm okay with that. My prior commentary was tongue-in-cheek.
