Hi togehter,
this time I´m restoring the engine of my December 52 barndoor panel van.
Do I have to install all the typical changes after 01.10.52 like in an beetle
engine? That means "no" K-Manifold, "no" star coil, "no" 26 VFIS carburator,
"no" flat 8 mm fuel pump? Or did VW changed this stuff in the bus production later?
Normally after 01.10.52 (beetle) I would need a normal star coil, normal manifold,
28 PCI carburator, a flat 6 mm fuel pump. What do you think?
Cheers

My money would be on the Bus engine receiving the upgrades on the same date as the Beetle _________________ -StockRocks- |

Agreed. Maybe even sooner. Check Progressive Refinements? _________________
