Terr is a flexible rubber hose that crosses the rack and has a plastic 90% angled fitting at each end that slips into the rack.

1. What is the purpose of this? I suspect some kind of pressure equalization.

2. One of the plastic fittings broke on mine. Anyone know where to locate a replacement and is it worth fixing?
