Hello,

I al currently sanding my bus down for paint, is there a way i can remove the air vent grids on the front?
I think its a lot more easy to paint when there are off..

Are they factory glued or welded? Can't see it when i look in the air vent cover..

Bad idea, they are welded to the roof and are not removable.

Someone was offering replacement mesh for sale, but unless yours are damaged, leave them alone. On the buses I've painted, I've scrubbed off all of the old dirt and paint - inside and out - with a stainless steel wire brush. On the most recent bus I painted, I media-blasted them. Be sure to clean the hell out of the inside, or when you paint, it will blow crap everywhere.
