I was wondering when it would show up there. I thought 15K was a bit much. Wonder what the reserve is. |

He's got a long ways to go to hit 15K! ~8700 halfway into the auction. The days of selling a vehicle on ebay for an outrageous price w/ 0 feedback are probably over, will be interesting to see how he does. I think greed may end up costing this guy some some non-realized sale money. He had a nice buzz about the sale going on here, he should have set the hook when he could have instead of continuing to hold out for more. I'm going to guess he'll now get around 12K if he's lucky. (For the money, I'd have preferred that SO-23 that sold in PA recently on ebay for 8500. Didn't have some of the nice add-ons, but didn't have the rust issues either.) _________________

9,600 with 15 hours to go. I don't think he's gonna make his 32,000! _________________ 1964 Standard

Still @ $9600 w/ under an hour to go.... I wonder how many, if any, snipers are waiting in the weeds! (Even if this does make reserve, then he still has to get the money out of the buyer....the last SO-23 sold on there had to be auctioned twice as the first winner never came through w/ the bread...) _________________

I was seriously interested when he first was looking to sell, but he never responded to any of my e-mails or PM's. Hey ybcool, if your watching this thread shoot me a PM let's talk if it doesn't sell on ebay. |

Looks like you flushed out the first high bidder's OG bid w/ your bid EB. Only one sniper waiting in the wings, interesting.... I wish this bus didn't have the bowl w/ it so I could ignore it....lol. _________________

Is that bowl original?
Why is the cabinet notched out to accept it?
Looks like a sweet bus....I wouldn't mind camping in the redwoods in that thing. |

No problem, I typically have 2 on standby. You think I'd be at all OCTO events, unfortunately time doesn't always permit. The thanks really goes to you for such a GREAT site! Thank you. |

naw the bowl is not original- it should be light green and say "mauser stratolpast" in a paper decal that was bound to fall off the first time you washed it! |
