Cool. No upper vents either, which puts it at Sept 50 or earlier I think. Not sure of the VIN cutoff for that change. _________________ Please buy my Treasure |

Besides owning a Vanagon Syncro, I also collect info on a somewhat obscure Italian motor manufacture Moto Parilla. Ran across a picture of a Parilla dealer using a BD. Not sure if it's been posted before, but I don't think I'll be plowing through 150+ pages seeing if someone else posted first. Any idea on the year?

Not seen it posted before.
Looks like a 53.
Later number plate light (introduced dec 52), no rear bumper (rear bumper introduced dec 53). _________________ -StockRocks- |

Looks like early Deluxe had two-tone bumpers. And that one looks early (white roof, deep skylights). I was going by that.

Just noticed this 51 has SWR steels. |
Do you mean the wheels are SWR?
I can't tell if they match the color of the bottom half but definitely not brown.
No front bumper trim either.
Also no deluxe trim on the right side of the nose? |
And his hub caps are on upside down! That thing is all kinds of jacked up. _________________ 53 Hatch Barndoor
