Looks like one of those Hella plastic mirrors that used to be in circulation years ago. They have a funky mounting bracket that attached directly to the mirror head and kind of "pinches" onto the mirror arm.

I'm definitely not in the know...The front bumper on the panel seems like something that was stuck on the lower front apron for photo purposes. Like only the ribbed part of a pressed bumper _________________
