I filled my van with some oil (it needed it); and when I checked the dipstick, the level was above the second mark. Can this be bad? Thank you!!

How far above the 2nd mark was it? If its a little over, you shoudl be alright, but if its up past the twist, you might pop an oil seal.

The level of the oil is not past the twist on the dipstick (whew!!). Thank you!
