front torsion leaves

I took my front axle beam apart to put a lowering thingie in it . I left the two stacks of leaves stacked together , stuck with the grease . I cant remember which was the top & which was the bottom . Does it matter ? Is there a way I can tell ? Thanks Question

Oh , the car is a ' 63 .

One trick to remember is to either use tape around the leaves or light string at both ends to make it easier to install them into the beam.

Just make sure that the dimples are both facing the same way on each side. Like drivers side up and passanger side down.
