I have a 58 beetle that had no keys for its drivers side door and deck lid.
I sent my codes (found on the driver's handle after being removed and on the treaded shaft of the decklid handle) to Gabriel Garcia in Texas and in days had a key sent to me that works for both locks..perfectly!!!!
Unbelieveble. and I didnt have to send anything but the codes and payment.

(when I got my key i had to spray some lube/penetrant into the driver's lock..at first it wouldnt move and i thought the key wasnt going to work..but it had been stuck..probably for years. now it works fine)
