what steering wheel does this go to

Which model/years do these types fit? I haven't really seen much of this type, I usually see the typical more square-shaped dished wheels with the horn rings

Depends on the actual diameter. 1968-later Type 2s used one as did the 1960-67 standard-model Beetle. The Beetles were smaller in diameter compared to the Type 2s, but they look very similiar
