reckless driving. came flying past the DKP meet in the 9 second split. - honda civic guys were doing do nuts in the lot across the street and police officers were called so they setup a trap.i have some pictures -pmail and i will forward them to your email address. [email protected].

its jessie james thow, in a 9 second split lol, come on now most would do it 2 on the first run, and many after, maby not in front of a big car show,well maby maby not....ohh well no one got hurt and it was a worth the ticket,if he got one

are these pictures real?
In the pic from behind the vw, the ragtop is missing.
From the side angle shot, there is a roof.
Maybe it's just the angle and I'm wrong...

glad they did not tow it to the crusher. i liked the car. of course you know that fiberglass dont rust. Jessie did a tour around the lot and stopped in his tracks to check out Rich's 50.. reached for his wallet.. rich said "move on "

Yes the pics are real. The VW is a sunroof model but the ragtop mechanisms were not installed. Of course there's a roof, it's not a vert.

As Bill stated above, The entire front end is fiberglass. Fiberglass doesn't rust.

It is not faux rust, it is real rust. He used a paint like substance that bonds bits of iron on to anything and you use an acid wash to get it to rust. So it isn't really faux rust, just a faux finish.
