Good, I wondered if I would ever have a use for them! Man I cannot wait to come down and pick that thing up, have even thought about blowing off the family reunion! Hope you get some good news today!

Hmmm...not entirely sure of the 914 offset differences, but I've seen pictures of the 5.5" wide 914 steel wheels on a 412, so they must work. Was the 914 offered with both 4.5" and 5.5" steel wheels?

Just a note that the domain revolks.com is for sale, there seems to be nothing there anymore.

VW-teile.de out of Hamburg Germany. They find all sorts of NOS. Their ebay says they don't ship to the US, but if you ask nicely, they do. I've gotten them to ship a few things to me. Fair prices, great stuff. Right now they have a 411 steering wheel in its box, a side trim piece still in its wrapping.

I found that the late 70's bus rear view mirror is the same as my '74 412. 73-79 beetle tail light lens to housing seals work for all signal lense to housing seals on the 412, sun visor clips are the same as late 70's beetles.

Yeah! They said that it's not available online in the catalog, one has to call. It's stainless steel. I can't wait to order some.

I measured the windshield glass, it's 143 5/16 inches in circumference and I am working with WCM to figure out the right rubber for making a custom replacement. I tried the late bus rubber, and it's close, but not 100% right. They custom cut one for me and I installed it, but it's a bit too fat where the seal meets the body. I'm going to try again with a different profile and report back.

Thank you for your diligence and service to our community! Applause

Do you think they could make the same seal without the trim groove?
