Okay here is my story I have been in desperate need of original door panels for my 64 bug when long behold ISPWest posted a set for sale. I quickly contacted Alex and explained my story how i live in washington and really didn't have the ability to pickup locally. Alex went to work finding me the best option to get me these door panels. 4 days later they were on my door steps. its not often that people are willing to go above and beyond to help people.
ISP WEST you just made a life time loyal customer... Way to go Alex!!!! _________________ 1962 OG PEARL WHITE RAG TOP BUG |

I gotta say these guys are topnotch, especially for the Type 3 crowd. They always use shipping with USPS (cheapest to Hawaii) and have never let me down with any of the products they sell. I received my ceramic coated OTT exhaust in 3-4 days. One thing I hope for ISP is...they don't run out of Type 3 parts hehe. I'll be sure bother them more once I end my deployment overseas. Mahalos ISPWest for the great service _________________ "Thanks to Green Harvest, our kids are now on Ice."

Placed a 2nd order the next day and it won't be my last.
I have never seen such well packed orders. Both shipments were sent UPS ground and received fairly quickly, didn't know USPS was an option. _________________ 1968 Squareback

Ordered a split bus, walk-through rubber mat kit. Very impressed with the quality and how close it looks to original. Came with all the hardware as well. Arrived quickly and the website checkout was easy to use.
Highly recommended. |

I recently wanted to order one small piece from Alex- but was having trouble working with the checkout online. Alex was awesome! He called me the same day with two solutions: he fully helped me order the part over the phone- and also supplied I.T. services for my computer troubles! Way beyond the call of duty. I only wish I had remembered the WT mat from the above feedback!
Thanks again Alex! I'll make it much easier on us next time! Bradford _________________

I have done many transactions with isp thru ebay and the website and am very pleased. but my friend recently purchased two windshields, one for his squareback and one for my fastback. with the quality of stuff purchased in the past I thought nothing about it and proceed to install one windshield into my fastback and as I always do with palm of my hand pressing around the edge of rubber to seat the windshield it busted. luckily I had my old windshield and reinstalled it and it was too late to contact isp so monday I will. before I put my glass back in I lay it on the other windshield and the curvature is not right and the windshield is not cut right.
in this pic you can see the curvature is not right. my old windshield is on bottom btw.
the other side.
not cut right in these pics you can see.
I am confident that they will make it right as they always do. so no worries Anthony dont take this wrong way please. |

I have purchased several parts now from ISP West and have had nothing but quality parts, great customer service, and overall a good experience with them. I definitely recommend ISP West to anyone looking for quality! _________________ my first bug 66' build:

Got my car back from ISP West restoration, and here is my thread with photos:
http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=579580
Top notch job, great communication, no complaints whatsoever. I now have a 43-year old new car.
This included a new windshield seal and new windshield, and used my original chrome. It fits like the original and does not have any significant gaps. If we ever get rain in SoCal again, I will see if it leaks, but I really would be floored if it did, given the fit.
I have had great experiences with ordering parts, and now with a complete restoration. They really know Type 3s, and do fantastic work. If you are anywhere win SoCal and need body or interior work, check them out. |

Hi
I've emailed you twice on the classifieds about a price for the Saco type 4 crank pulley posted to the UK but not had a response - do you ship to the UK?
Thanks
