Bought several items from which I initially thought I would had to make myself. Gary has passion for these specific parts resulting in great products and at the same time his response is friendly and very correct.

As stated by others too, delivery (this case, from USA to Holland) is much faster then regular deliveries from others.

Sent me pictures of the package/ tracking number, and was prompt with his email responses. The brackets are perfect, and were packaged great. Thanks Gary! i bought and received a set of gary's rear luggage brackets. unfortunately one of the nut's fell off. i let gary know and before i knew it, he had a new bracket shipped with a pic of the packaging.
