E-Brake Question

I'd like to add an emergency brake to my buggy as it currently has only the regular brakes. I see the E-Cable going to the rear from the center of the pan, but there is no lever or anything inside.

Is there a kit or something I get that will help me set this up? I do have a baja that I'm thinking of parting out, so maybe I can steal from that one?? The baja still runs great, so I a bit hesitant to start tearing it apart just yet.

You need to hijack from something else... most places require the cable brake to be legal.
