ok im looking at buying a RHD standard. the owner thinks its a super beetle but i have seen it personally and know its a standard. anyway my question is will a normal LHD wiring harness work for the RHD?. the owner told me that the electric is fried and will cost him 900 to replace it. thinkign on superbeetle terms but i know i can do a regular beetle wiring harness myself. so thats all i need to know before i pursue this car any further

900 dollars to do a wiring harness???? yikes.
Good question as to if RHD will fit OK with a LHD harness. You might want to like, ask Wolfsburg West that question.
