| Installing a pair of floor pans in my oval, I ran into an issue with one side not fitting properly. I contacted Gerson and he took care of me in a very timely fashion. Very happy with the customer service and quality of the parts in the end. Thanks again Gerson! |

| Ordered a set of early oval headlight buckets (with wire tubes welded on). They arrived today and are perfect to restore an otherwise really good set of oval fenders. Thanks Gerson! |

I have bought alot of gersons metal over the past couple years and also a set of his doublecab gates. the quality is great and he stands behind all his work! do not be wary, order up!  |

I try to order parts but it is very hard to get in touch by PM.
I know i am in europe but still, communication should not be a problem?

It's true, I called him earlier this week about a part. He picked up on my first try, and was very helpful even though he didn't make what I needed. |

I see people posting all the time that they have trouble getting a hold of him via email or PM.
I guess phone is best.
Or contact one of his distributors.

I have been going down to the shop (in Colombia) a lot the last 6 months....it gets kind of hard to reach me down there......I need to hire someone here in Florida to answer the phones and take orders.........we are working on this now.......we are involved in a major expansion at the factory, more equipment, more employees, a website that actually works, etc....please bear with us....the best way to get a hold of us is still via email, or pm on this site.....

i had my first dealings with gerson recently getting some metal for my split project.
got everything as promised but we had a slight issue with one part not being correct for my car. it took one simple phone call to correct the issue, with gerson giving me a full refund but allowing me to keep the part to modify and use.
great service,communication and products. top bloke!

| I have bought lots of metal from Gerson and he is a top notch guy. Fast shipping, trustworthy, excellent quality shaped metal. Gerson even made a piece of metal for me that he didn't usually make. I would recommend buying from Gerson for all of your metal needs. |
